Arrival/departure

Check-in on the day of your arrival is from 3 pm. We use a key box. You will receive the code for the key box on the day of your arrival and can check in 24h. 
Check-out on the day of your depature is until 10 am. Please put your key into the key box.

Blankets

An additional blanket can be found in the chest on the first floor in the back building. Please leave it in the apartment when you are leaving. Thank you!

Bicycles

Guests arriving with their bicycles are welcome to store them in the courtyard. There are also sockets for charging your batteries. In the communal area you will also find cycling maps of the region. Please note that we accept no liability for theft.

In case of emergency, you can reach the rescue centre at Tel. 112. If you need medical help, please contact the Medic-Center Nuremberg, Gibitzenhofstrasse 150, 90443 Nuremberg, phone 09 11/ 41 22 27. The practice association has several locations in Nuremberg and can help you with any questions.

The Gibitzenhof pharmacy can be found in Gibitzenhofstr. 105, 90443 Nuremberg, Tel. 0911 – 612 168. On foot you can reach the pharmacy in 7 minutes.

Pillows

An additional pillow can be found in the chest on the first floor in the back building. Just leave it in your room, when you leave.

Public transport

With the Nuremberg Card, you can use the Transportation Public transport for 48 hours! You can find the current timetables in the VGN App.
